“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed several serious cleanliness and sanitation issues that made the room feel unsafe and unsanitary. The mattress was heavily stained with large brown discolorations, there was hair all over the toilet, and the walls were covered in dirt and grime. To make matters worse, there appeared to be blood on one of the walls, and there were suspicious stains on the headboard/headrest that looked as...

“I'm 74 years old, not handicapped by any means but can at times lose my balance. In the shower there was no bath mat nor grab bars. I fell, hitting my ribs on the side of the tub. Luckily I didn't break any ribs, and the there i was folded up inside the tub wondering if I could get up or not. I went to the desk and asked for a manager but of course there were none on site. The desk clerk said that there was supposed to be a bath mat. I don't know who's fault that was,housekeeping or maybe there...

“I stayed for a week and the clerk were awesome and helpful but the manager when I spoke to her about getting my bed changed about 4 days in acted like it was putting her out and said she would get to it if she had time. Place was filthy I wouldn't recommend”

“Very nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff. The main issue we had was we were told towels and sheets would be refreshed every other day but were only replaced once during our 6 day stay. Hotel is in a great location not far from downtown Boise.”

“Staff was great. Room was pretty good with a large fridge. Shower door would sometimes slide open when showering. Location of property was convenient for us. Parking lot gets crowded by night, Free use of washers and dryers great.”
