“We travelled as two families, both with teenage children. A group of 11 in total.The villa was perfect for us in all ways. Size, location, cleanliness, facilities all first class. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this villa to other families. ”

“The house is in an excellent location for walking to the beach, restaurants and other sights in Albufeira. The rooftop patio was an unexpected surprise and we used it regularly. It just needs some seating and other amenities. The responsiveness of the host team could be better, and there were several items that were broken, or not clean, that we had to bring to the team's attention. Hopefully these will all be addressed for future guests.”

“The apartment was exactly as advertised. The location couldn’t be beat, it was a short walk from the bus depot, steps to the beach and surrounded by plenty of places to eat. The bars and restaurants stay open quite late so the atmosphere was a bit loud at night but it didn’t bother us at all - in fact it was fun to be around the lively atmosphere! The roof top deck was a great bonus. My only complaint is that the beds weren’t very comfortable but were fine for a few nights. Overall we loved it...

“We had a few issues with check in as it was dark when we arrived so went to the reception for directions and were told that 39 was booked in undwr another name and they had no knowledge of our booking which was a worrying start. I was unable to call the contact number on my email but the receptionist did manage to sort it out for us after some time. There were a few things that needed looking at like the toilet seet and washing machine and i had a good response from the email i sent. All in all...

“The accommodation is superb. Best property we have stayed in as a family with kids and all our bookings are minimum 4*. Lovely ground terrace for dining, plus roof terrace with sunbeds. Way modern and feels like home. The owner has gone all out to make the place feel like home. The location is tricky with a baby buggy, if walking to beach, restaurants and shops as route is steep with steps. We had one but our youngest was able to get out and walk in these areas.
