Apartment Pera - 5 minutes away from the beach

Summary:

Apartment Pera sleeps up to three guests and is in a great location, situated between the best beaches in Albuferia and Carvoeiro.



Inside the apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a complete bathroom. From the living room door, there is access to the sunny swimming pool and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the sun with your family or have an evening barbecue. In the dining area, there is a single bed for the third guest.



The nearest beach is only a five-minute drive away and located in a very peaceful countryside area with free parking.



We can provide a comfortable Z bed for the fourth guest at a supplement cost of £200 per week, allowing you to accommodate everyone comfortably.



There is a security deposit payable before travel of £250. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).



Please note, the villa is pet friendly, however prior notice is required and a deposit of £150 plus an extra cleaning cost.
