“We requested house keeping to clean our room but they did not. We came back to a disappointed room. Our breakfast counter still had time, I asked them to fill up waffle batter, they started talking in a non English language, were very rude, did not fill up the batter and just left. There was hardly any breakfast options and we got ignored. Extremely poor management”

“First off the staff was very nice and worked with me on every issue I had. Upon arriving our first night our TV didnt work and our toilet was clogged. Ended up having to bring new TV and maintenance coming to the toilet. The next morning I get up and move the ottoman and there is what looks like an entire muffin that house keeping did not clean up before our check in.
