After lying down, I moved the pillow and found a cockroach, exactly as shown in the attached geo-locatable photos. I immediately went downstairs to complain. I was asked if I wanted a refund, but I declined because it was late, my luggage was already unpacked, and I just wanted to sleep. Instead, I was offered 15 USD. “Room was clean and the atmosphere was quiet”

“The room smelled like old smoke that had been covered up with air freshener. The floor was very dirty and the bathroom door would stick when you tried to close it. We booked as a cheaper option but you get what you pay for. Would not recommend.”
