We only had a 4 night stay, but we always enjoy the Atrium. I would definitely rent this unit again. Check in was very easy and pleasant. The views from the room were beautiful. The unit had the essentials we needed...possibly could have used a kettle, but we made do with the stove top. The unit was clean and requests for extra towels or tissue was very prompt and greeted warmly.My one recommendation would be to put a fresh coat of paint on the bedroom and unit entrance hall ceilings. All was good. Thank you.

A few days before our vacation, the host texted us our room number and confirmed that our room would be overlooking the water. When our family arrived at the front desk, they gave us the keys and we walked in on other people who were currently staying in that room. We texted the host and they eventually gave us a different room for that night, with a view of the parking lot. After asking the host when we could move into the room that we booked, they responded the next day saying we could move in later that day. We were hoping to enjoy the rest of our vacation, but that wasn't the case. Two days later, a couple walked into our room while we were changing for dinner and said that they had booked this room. The host did not give any explanations about why this was happening and gave the couple the room overlooking the parking lot. For the rest of the vacation, our family feared that someone would walk in on us again, or our things may be stolen when we left the room. It was surprising that the front desk gave the room keys to anyone who asked, even when other people were staying in the room. The host offered us a refund and confirmed it several times through text and also to Vrbo, but they did not send us any refund at all. St. Maarten is a lovely island that I would highly recommend visiting, but I would not stay at this property again.

Dear Expedia The room good, but there was a problem, the day before our chek-out after returning to our room in the afternoon we feel bad smell in the bedroom, found a dead mouse in a piece of furniture. I wrote to manager, sending photos and I haven't received a response or an apology yet, which I find very inconsiderate.

Clean and convenient

The kitchen was supplied well with items needed for cooking. Comfortable living quarters with substantial water pressure even in the shower. View was gorgeous. Nearby to grocery store, dining and of course the beautiful beach. No regrets.
