Staff at hotel were friendly and always there to help you if needed, food service there was good room clean and tidy air conditioner excellent to could always keep cool, i would recommend this hotel to any staying in janakpur

Utterly incapable of providing the required service standerd. 1. Bad front desk. 2. I don't think I was allotted the room that I had booked and was provided a lower category room. 3. There was no room heating available for us but I saw it was available for the frontdesk staff! Marxism. 4. Poor plumbing ...
