Can't comment on the spa as we didn't use it. The bad: I got a splinter in my foot from the floor in the room, staff didn't seem to care. Too many lights in bedroom you couldn't turn off or cover. “stanza pulita, letto comodo, buon comfort, ascensore. Unica nota negativa : non c'era una coperta in più nell'armadio, abbiamo alzato la temperatura della stanza. Parcheggio spazioso gratuito proprio di fronte. Colazione spaziale!! Veramente varia e buonissima, con diverse cose fatte da loro. Personale della sala colazione molto gentile e molto efficiente : in continuazione rabboccavano e pulivano. Bravi! ”
