“Great staff, clean rooms. Nice place”

“I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, there were flies inside, and there was water on the floor when I arrived. I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke the entire time. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were unacceptable. I expected a much better experience and would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.”
