“The property was not as it shows online. The resort was totally empty except for us. The security guard checked us in. Although they were empty, they put us on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staff that we did see over our stay were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant wasn’t open and the pools were not clean. Maybe it was off season, I don’t know. The staff is the only redeeming factor.”

“La piscina sucia, sin agua caliente, sin información suficiente en el check in, sin aviso del snack no funcionaría, sin servicio de toallas en el área de piscina, muchas áreas verdes sin el cuidado adecuado lo cual hacía que haya mucho lodo, poca variedad en la cena.”

“Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, beautiful beach, and an adorable beach dog that hangs out there. Staff helped my partner prepare a birthday surprise for me. They did a great job.”

“Es un destino excelente para desconectarse de la vida cotidiana y coincidir un poco con la naturaleza, es una combinación entre hotel y airbnb, tiene servicio a cuarto pero limitado, no tiene bar , ni tv, tiene internet, piscina y servicio de cafe.”
