This charming single-storey property offers an ideal layout, with an independent and very spacious kitchen, a cosy living-dining room, 4 comfortable double bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms, all powered by sustainable solar energy.



With an exquisite vintage-style decoration, using light tones and natural materials, Caluix emanates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals, while the living-dining room offers a bright space with a spacious sofa to relax and a large solid wood table to enjoy unforgettable moments in company.



From the glass doors of the living room, you access a magnificent terrace with an outdoor dining area under an awning, perfect for enjoying panoramic views. The private saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by artificial grass and sun loungers, invites you to enjoy the sun during the day and relaxing night-time baths under coloured lights.



The bedrooms, tastefully decorated, offer a refuge of tranquillity and comfort, with the master bedroom equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. The other bedrooms, equally charming, feature comfortable double or single beds, air conditioning and central heating.
