“Very nice hotel with good facilities, rooms were spacious and the garden terrace is excellent
Only negative is the poor/basic automatic machine coffee at breakfast, suprised there is no option to get a “real quality” coffee
And why is it 18$ to play tennis….? Plus more to rent a racket (this should be free for hotel guests paying for services)
Overall a nice hotel in a central location ”

“景観が良く、素晴らしいホテルでした。部屋に入るとカーテンが自動で開いたので、驚きました。プールのスタッフの方はいつも丁寧で、気持ちの良いサービスをしていただきました。朝食のBasilicoも毎朝飽きない美味しさでした。野菜たっぷりのオムレツも美味しかったです。お布団やソファも気持ち良かったのですが、何よりバスローブの心地よさにはびっくりしました。
初日は若い男性がピアノを弾いていてくださり、とても素敵な気持ちにさせていただきました。
チェックイン等でお世話になった笑顔の素敵な女性の方（お名前を忘れてしまいました）に、チェックアウトの時にお会いできなかったことを、英語ができない子どもたちが残念がっていました。英語の会話でもそういう嬉しい想いをさせていただいたことに感謝しています。
コンラッドは初めての滞在でしたが、またぜひ宿泊してみたいと思う快適な数日間でした。”

“Super location, 2 malls walking distance and NS red line metro station.
Staff super kind, rooms are ok. Improvements: 1) clean the water pipes of the showers as the water come out a bit stinking. 2) as there is not toilet shower, at least place a toilet brush, it is not a big cost.”
