    Vita lussuosa al suo meglio! Goditi questa spettacolare residenza dall'enorme balcone che si apre sul soggiorno e tutte e tre le camere da letto con una splendida vista sull'Inter costiera al tramonto da questo nuovo ultra-lussuoso Ritz Carlton Residence. Le ampie vedute di questa unità da tre camere da letto comprendono l'oceano, l'insenatura, la spiaggia di West Palm e l'Inter costiera. Questo spazioso condominio ha una cucina gourmet, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, lavanderia e una grande suite padronale con pavimenti in marmo in tutto, armadi da cucina personalizzati, ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici Miele.

    Il Ritz Carlton Residences è un nuovo sviluppo con riconoscimenti e servizi eccezionali. Lo sviluppo comprende due piscine, una sul / o in realtà in spiaggia (vedi foto), piscina coperta, ristorante in loco, due cinema privati, due sale sociali con tavoli da biliardo, due sale fitness, cabine private, servizio di portineria e ingresso privato. Ci sono cabine private e sedie a sdraio coperte disponibili intorno alla piscina. Ci sono così tante palme che ti sembra di essere nei Caraibi eccetto che puoi andare a fare shopping a West Palm Beach!

    Singer Island si trova a pochi minuti dalla famosa Palm Beach Island, PBI Airport, Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, Cityplace a West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Zoo, Planetarium, Shopping, Ristoranti, Campi da golf. West Palm Ritz

Great location! The residence staff was great and the pool was amazing! Amazing spot to see fire works throughout the city. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants We did need more toilet paper and the street noise was pretty loud.

Fantastic stay

Our family had such a wonderful experience. The residence was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and beach were absolutely beautiful. The staff were all welcoming and accommodating. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

A magical Christmas stay

Thank you for an amazing week at your beautiful condo! We loved exploring the Palm Beach area as well as Singer Island! We found some amazing restaurants! We loved waking up to the gorgeous sunrises snd cstxhing some spectacular sunsets! The resort was so beautifully decorated for Christmas! My boys delighted in working out in your awesome gym! We loved having the access of both the pools and the beach! Your condo was so comfortable for all of us! We look forward to returning! We celebrated Christmas Eve in your grille restaurant and it was absolutely fabulous! Thank you for a magical day at Christmas time! Warmest wishes for a very happy holiday!

Wonderful trip with few hiccups

It is a nice unit, very clean. Wonderful amenities and kindness provided by the Ritz Carlton staff. I cannot speak more highly of their professionalism and attention to us as we enjoyed the pool and beach each day. Only downsides: the unit did not have any hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, even salt and pepper when we arrived, so we had to buy all of that ourselves. Further, the unit overlooks an ugly mini mall parking lot with a busy 7/11 that was noisy throughout our entire stay (day and night trucks and loud music blasting). The balcony is huge, but most of it overlooks the unsightly mini mall. If you crane your head all the way to the left, you do get a beautiful view of the ocean though. Further, the host, David, and his "associates" were not very friendly to me and my family whenever I had any questions leading up to our stay. They refused to speak with me over the phone about simple questions. In all of my years renting places on VRBO, I have never experienced such coldness from a host (especially when we were spending a boatload to stay there, close to 20K). Overall, the condo and ritz carlton staff was amazing, and the beach and pool are lovely. The host and his colleagues could use a refresher in how to treat their guests though.

Beautiful grounds, deplorable unit

Where do I start? I expressed concern to the owner and property manager shortly after check-in regarding only 50% of the televisions working, and the shades not working in 2 out of 3 of bedrooms. This resulted in being woken up to the sunlight and noise below at 5am every morning and offered little privacy when changing. The host advised me that a maintenance man would be there the next day to correct the issues. That never happened; a maintenance man NEVER came during any part of our stay. So after the third day my fiancé who is a contractor spent hours of his vacation fixing what he could so we could sleep. But some of the shades were just not repairable. My father and his girlfriend lasted one night there and ended up checking into the Hilton down the street (costing us an additional arm and a leg). The grounds of the Ritz Carlton were immaculate and the service provided by staff was spectacular. I wish I could say the same about this unit. Walls scuffed up everywhere, toilet seat broken, dryer door broken, microwave door broken, table top on balcony table completely missing, air vents full of dust and dirt, furniture dingy, no barstools at the breakfast bar in the kitchen (unlike what the pictures depict). The Unit is located on the 4th floor and overlooks a 7/11 convenience store parking lot where drug deals, motorcycles, and noise goes on all night and into the wee hours of the morning. It was anything but “quiet” as the description notes. We had the pleasure of a front row seat to a domestic dispute between two partners at 2am. I can’t help but wonder if they ever located the pack of Newport‘s that the two were squabbling over. If you turn your head far enough to the left you can even see the ocean! I called vrbo about my grievances and they told me my best option would be to contact the property owner. Since the slumlord, I mean property owner, is completely non-responsive I will be disputing this entire trip. MY review is thoroughly accurate unlike the owner’s representations and depictions of the unit. Edited to add: AFTER check out, the owner did reach out to me to let me know that he and the property manager “dropped the ball” and offered me a DISCOUNT on a FUTURE RENTAL at one of his OTHER PROPERTIES. What a slap in the face; I literally cannot even make this up.

Ritz-Carlton Residences in Riviera Beach, FL

We had a wonderful experience with this rental. The property allowed us sufficient space as a party of 4 to include myself and my 3-sons. My sons range in age from 22 to 14-year old twins. We were in the area for a travel sports tournament which offered games at complexes in the area during varying times in the day. We were able to access the property without any issues during our stay and while comforted by the security / safety of the property. The team at the RC Residences were great and very accommodating. The property manager David was available, very responsive and helpful in his direction around navigating the property. We only noted two negatives. The property is a little worn compared to the pictures. However, we still felt we received a good value related to cost. This property / unit has a partial view of a strip mall that includes a 24-hour convenience store. We were awakened late in the night one night by loud bumping music from a car parked outside of the convenience store. Overall the quality of the unit rented, pools, private beach access and pool table on property far outweighed any negatives. We would rent this unit again and would work with David again on another property.

Luxury

I was looking for a high end, relaxed, not crowded vacation for me and teenage kids before school started. The condo itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The amenities and staff of the Ritz are amazing. The pools were not crowded. The private beach had maybe 3 families. Meet all our needs and more. The boys had fun playing pool in the social room and we enjoyed a private movie night.

Luxurious accommodations at reasonable price

We cannot say enough good things about this property and our experience at the Ritz-Carlton. The photos of the apartment absolutely captured how beautiful it is, although we honestly spent most of our time on the balcony. We enjoyed all the amenities of the Ritz, including the chair and umbrella service at the beach, the poolside dining and the concierge and room service. The beautiful weather kept us outside most of the time but, on a return trip, we plan to take advantage of the gym and movie room. There are several casual eating establishments within walking distance and plenty of shopping in Palm Beach Gardens. less than 10 minutes away. The staff at this Ritz-Carlton definitely lived up to their reputation - everyone was friendly and helpful. The common areas and outdoor space are meticulously cared for. With three teenagers of mixed genders, it is very hard to find accommodations that enhance our family’s vacation experience. This set up could not have been more perfect. We look forward to returning again soon.

Great Location

The property is a great value for a 3 bedroom in a great location. There were minor issues during our stay that the hosts corrected immediately. Beach is great and is private. There is free covered parking as well. Looking to return some day.

Great place, location less so.

Lovely unit. Bed was fabulous. Couch was slightly worn, but you'll want to spend your time there on the balcony. Happy to stay there next time.

Not was we anticipated

The property is in need of new furniture as all furniture is dirty, rug needs to be cleaned, paint, etc. The Ritz Carlton management was wonderful but the owner of the property needs to do improvements.

The property and location were great. David was incredibly responsive with all of our questions

Great Condos

What we really liked was that it was not packed, Private beach, they have a wonderful theater you can reserve to watch movies with your family. The pool was heated to 80 degrees. Restaurant at the pool is opened Wednesday to Sunday and the staff at the pool is wonderful. Apartment was clean, sheets soft and beds very comfortable. Security is very good and that was important to us. It is a 15-20 min car ride to West Palm Beach.

Great location

Spacious apartment on the beach with 2 pools. View of the ocean and harbor. Concierge very helpful.

One last bit of Summer

We wanted to get just a little more sunshine before we headed into the cool Fall and cold Winter... and this was the perfect getaway. The unit was beautiful and extremely well laid out (kids in one area and adults in the other). The view of the crystal blue ocean was wonderful and we enjoyed several great breakfasts out on the balcony overlooking the water. The beach was quiet and provided plenty of privacy and social distancing. We took full advantage of the property amenities... the private movie room, the pool, and the delicious drinks and food from the onsite restaurant. Nearby restaurants, The Riverhouse and Spotos Oyster Bar were amazing. We even went parasailing with a nearby company, Get Wet, and had a blast. Our only regrets are that we didn't have time to go snorkeling (although we did get to see a manatee one day at the beach). We hope to return again soon one day.
