DISCLAIMER: Starting on Monday, April 21st, the upper pool will be closed for renovation. The renovation is expected to take approximately 9 months to complete. However, the lower pool and beach area will remain open and available for your enjoyment, from sunrise to sunset. Please note that chairs, umbrellas, and towels will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Enjoy the luxury and legendary service of The Ritz-Carlton in a Residential setting with award winning accolades and amazing amenities. Located on the first floor with a furnished private patio, this suite allows access to all amenities: two infinity pools, two private home theaters for guests' private viewing, two social rooms with pool tables, two fitness centers with saunas, onsite restaurant, beautiful and private beachfront concierge service, valet service, and gated community outdoor parking space. Pamper yourself and enjoy the finest luxury living that only the Ritz Carlton can offer.

The grounds are breathtaking. Have drinks and food brought to you poolside at the upper resort pool as you lounge in chaises or in the cabanas or at the lower lagoon pool. Walk out to the private beach where cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are set up each day. Towel service, waters and lotions provided at both pools and at the beach. Or pamper yourself enjoying one of the two hot tubs on the property. Your concierge can connect you with the best restaurants, water sports, yachting, and local venues to enjoy during your Florida experience.

Guest suite is ideal for a couple but can sleep three with a queen size bed and an elevated air mattress. There is a kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, blender and Keurig coffee-maker. There is no stove. There are gas grills that can be reserved for your use. Kitchenware allows you to eat in or you can enjoy the onsite restaurant right outside your door or eat at the pubs in the mall next door. Coffee service is set up daily from 6-10am in the lobby. Once the property is booked I will email you the lease and condo rental agreement to sign and return.

Nice pool and right on the beach . Nice gym also. Host was good communicator. Stayed in Room #2 . Somewhat overpriced. For price paid I could have stayed at a luxury resort , would choose that next time.

Very nice room! Ellison was easy to work with and everyone at the Ritz was lovely. Checkin and checkout super easy. You can hear noise from the lobby as room is just off lobby but I wouldn’t let this stop me from booking again.

We could not see the beach from our room!!The view was obstructed by the pool being under repair. We used the pool to Bldg B which is near the access to the magnificent beach area. Beach and pool were not crowded. Disappointed that the restaurant was only open from 11-5 on 2 of the 4 days we were there. Closed on the 2 others. We were able to walk to a lovely restaurant nearby. And drove to nearby towns for dinner on other nights. Numerous great seafood restaurants in nearby towns. Enjoyed the Art exhibit at the Norton in West Palm Beach. Staff was most helpful and attentive as was the host. Bed was not comfortable for us. Too high. Pillow selection was poor. 4 Huge pillows. Another option would have been nice. Cable was not plugged into TV when arrived but engineer was able to connect it. Lovely visit. Beautiful.

Facility itself was beautiful and service was excellent. Location on beach and close to restaurants was great. Location of unit itself was right off of lobby on first floor. Therefore could hear lobby noise during check in and check out times. Also since first floor - outdoor space had no privacy. Overall experience was good.

Overall we were very disappointed. The room was very clean, however the description was a bit misleading. The dresser was so small in width and the drawers didn’t pull all the way out, so it was basically unusable. The bed was so high I struggled to get into it and it was uncomfortable. Sheets seemed like microfiber not cotton and a cheap blanket. Shower had no shelf to put shampoo or other products on. The towels provided were poor quality and seemed more like decorative towels. The patio area was disappointing as well because there were no cushions on the lounge chairs. We had higher expectations for a unit at the Ritz-Carlton. Honestly, and unfortunately, it was the worst VRBO experience we’ve ever had.

The best way to describe my experience is noisy and tiny The rental should have not been descried as a one bedroom but rather a one room with a bed. Furnishing was no way reflective of any ritz Carlton standards, but a budget hotel. Maintenance people working in hallways at 12:30 am. I had to go asked them to stop, the noise was so loud. We left a day sooner so we can go home and get a good nights rest

While we did not have a view from our room, the resort was directly on the beach and it was so close and easy to get to. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the lower pool had a gorgeous view of the beach/ocean! The staff was incredible and attentive. We loved our stay!

We booked this property thinking it was a Ritz Carlton caliber room. The reality, it was more like a low budget hotel Furniture was old No cleaning service. We got two towels for all our stay The room was directly in the lobby on the first floor, so it was noisy No breakfast option in the property. The bed was small. It was advertised as beach front and you could not see the beach at all. It seemed like this room was the room that the condo owners use for their service personal We decided to leave and loose some paid nights just to not ruin our holiday I want to add that the staff was nice.

The room (dubbed as a “suite” had extremely cheap furniture that was in fair if not poor condition. The shower had no shelf And the soap products were literally on the floor. Unacceptable to have to bend down to the floor to use soap and shampoo. BUT THE WORST- the room (it is NOT a suite) is literally located in the lobby of the Ritz Carlton Residences! This was never indicated when I booked the stay and NEVER would have booked if I knew this! At 7am or a bit before- every morning- the noise from people crossing the lobby was loud and prevented us from having the option to sleep in- not a bad thing to do on vacation. Unacceptable!

Wonderful pools and other amenities. The quality of the build and the cleanliness are first rate. So far above the normal hotel chain. Might be nice to review amenities and policies in advance if you have a short stay. By the time I had the lay of the land, it was sadly time to check out! 10 outta 10!
