“Good and comfort stay”

“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. “The hotel was not in an ideal place and the kitchen and bar staff didn't have a clue what to do, the room was ok and kept very clean, the cleaning staff are very good especially Alan the manager. I could not swim in the pool as its very dirty ”

Staff is very cooperative and helpful.. ambience is very good and the plus point is that it is also pet friendly.. they have their own cafe and many other food joints near by.. also have shared kitchen in the resort..”
