“All'arrivo ci danno la chiave, arriviamo in camera e la troviamo sporca, letti disfatti, asciugamani in terra, quindi per scusarci ci hanno assegnato una deluxe vista lago. Molto ampia, non pulitissima, ma vedere l'alba sul lago è bellissimo. Bagni pulito e moderno. In stanza manca il frigorifero. Colazione a buffet discreta, ottima vista anche da qui. Hotel molto rilassante. È stata una meta solo per spezzare il viaggio ma se volete soggiornare a Horst dovete sapere che non offre molto. Meglio...

“Prima plek en niet duur”

“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40. No reception service after 23. They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message. I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...

“Sehr freundlich und sauber. Die Hauptstraße ist etwas dicht und daher kann es etwas laut werden ”

“Staying at this hotel was outstanding. Very relaxing and charming hotel. I have only to point that the breakfast could be improved a little with some pastry for those who like a sweet breakfast and a proper coffee machine for different kind of coffee, as you would expect for an “international” breakfast. Apart this, everything was outstanding, including the room space, facilities, outdoor, restaurant, surrounding, parking etc etc”

“La struttura è accogliente, con un arredamento particolare che si distingue per il suo buon gusto; ho trovato la mia camera pulitissima e alla moda! Andarmene è stato un dispiacere, sono stata benissimo!”

“Ein gutes, solides 3-Sterne-Hotel. Ich hatte ein Zimmer in dem Gebäude auf der anderen Straßenseite, im 2. Stock, nach vorne. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage und es war sehr warm, also habe ich das Fenster geöffnet, somit den Straßen“Lärm“ natürlich gehört. Mir persönlich macht so etwas nichts… das Zimmer war groß und mit allem ausgestattet inklusive Shampoo, Spülung, Bodylotion, Kaffee, Wasser, Tee… Das Frühstück war für den Preis okay! Highlight natürlich der Frosch gepresste Orangensaft....

“Sehr schöne ruhige Lage in der Natur. Netter Gastgeber. Leider ist das Gebäude nicht so gut gedämmt. Im Zimmer war es sehr kalt und die Heizung hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Das nur als konstruktive Kritik.”

“The property is beautiful and although the building is old, the rooms were updated with modern finishes. We used the amenities, including the pool. We rented e-bikes, and it was convenient, if a little expensive. Staff were very helpful, including providing advice on local bike routes. We had breakfast one morning in the dining room. Unfortunately, it was a very busy day, and some food was not available as it was quickly taken by the many other guests that morning. The bar/lounge in the lobby...

“De locatie is goed en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Echter is het hotel zeer gehorig. Hou er rekening mee dat tijdens warme dagen de kamer ook heel erg warm kan worden. Er is geen airco of ventilator aanwezig dus de kamer is ook niet goed af te koelen. De bedden zijn wel erg goed!”
