“My niece stayed at Joia in March 2026 and it did not disappoint. We were greeted with wash clothes to wipe our hands and was then given a yummy drink that had ginger in it. The lobby was beautiful. Kayla was warm and inviting when she checked us in. She told us, we were upgraded to a swim up room due to my Expedia status. The bellman was so nice that escorted us to our room. “Stayed for 5 nights with our two young kids. Accommodations were perfect for our family. Nice restaurant. We did the signature all inclusive and it met all our needs. I would definitely go back again. Staff was so nice and accommodating. I did request a crib. I was told it wasn’t guaranteed but it do show up around 8:30pm the night we checked in. Not ideal for a 2 year old but at least we had it. ”

“overall great experience ! The front desk people were always very helpful . Jonathan who responded to my email questions promptly was wonderful and one of the reasons I decided to come . Priscilla who came around the pool to chat was great. Housekeeping could not have been better . Pool bar tenders were great . Half price happy hour was fantastic.
