“I have stayed here before and the staff are helpful and friendly. The room was grimy and humidity was high in the room. But I loved the breakfast and staff”

“The only thing I didn't like was that we could not figure out how to open the chair in the handicap shower. I called the Maintenance service and the man did not know either. He said there must be a sp;ring somewhere. No one ever came up and we had no use of the shower seat during our stay. I suggest a note of direction be taped close to the shower. Older handicapped like we were need easy facilities.”

“Banging air conditioner unit, had to move to different room. Staff person assured that he'd help us do so. He left as soon as he knew A/C was OK. He acted indifferent--completely baffled that we wanted a room without a clanging A/C unit. I pointed out how dirty the upholstery was on a chair. He shrugged his shoulders and left fast. Similar chair in the quiet A/C unit room was just as dirty. I tried never to touch it! The manager needs to know about that young man. He is too stupid and / or too...

“Amazing staff, I was there during RAGBRAI they did breakfast 1h earlier then normal to support us. I really appreciate my stay there”
