“Visted mount abu property on 02 Nov 24 with family. The stay was plesant in overall. However property correct contact number not provided in itinary, resulted in unsecure booking till arrival. On arrival also booking was not showing in prporty recieption. It was quite bad when you reach to prpoperty for stay. Staff Mr. Vishal given us full sopport and provided a room as booked. “It is one any only one amazing resort compared to other properties in mount Abu. Family enjoyed very much. Breakfast was amazing. The only negative point is check out time which is 10:00 AM which is actually not possible to complete the breakfast and then get ready and leave the room. It should be 12:00 PM. Check in time can be 02:00 PM instead of usual 12:00 PM currently.”

Hotel staff politely request us to adjust in a single ocupancy room which is available or they can shift us a different hotel.
