CAMERE DA LETTO: 3 eleganti camere da letto: 2 re, 6 singole in una camera a castello e un divano letto nel secondo soppalco dello spazio abitativo, c'è un posto per tutti!

PRENOTAZIONI: minimo 2 giorni. La prossima estate 2020, da luglio a settembre, è in affitto da una settimana a settimana con inizio e fine da sabato a sabato.

POSIZIONE: proprio nel centro del centro ricreativo e piscina Glaze Meadow con vasca idromassaggio, palestra, noleggio biciclette e spa! Inoltre: campi da tennis, ferro di cavallo, palla sottaceto, pallacanestro, golf, bocce e facile accesso alle piste ciclabili fuori dal ponte posteriore!

REGOLE DELLA CASA: Questo condominio è senza fumo (per favore non svapare) e senza animali domestici. Gli ospiti devono avere 25 anni (o accompagnati da un adulto di età pari o superiore a 25 anni). La carta di credito può essere addebitata fino a $ 500 dopo la partenza se la proprietà è danneggiata, richiede un'eccessiva pulizia o se mancano degli articoli. La carta di credito fornita deve essere intestata al cliente principale.

TARIFFA BBR: $ 9 a persona al giorno da pagare all'arrivo al banco di benvenuto per il pass per il parcheggio e l'uso delle piscine e delle strutture insieme all'accesso attraverso i cancelli privati. Il golf è extra.

Fantastic, updated home

This home is in a perfect location within Blsck Butte Ranch. It is well appointed with comfortable beds, linens, very nice furniture, hot tub, new grill, unique sitting areas. We loved it!

Communication was fantastic! Originally supposed to go for MLK weekend but the snow storm had us reschedule to late May. They were very accommodating to the switch, the space was fantastic, comfy beds, nice kitchen with a clutch griddle! Hot tub, fire pit and BBQ were great exterior features.

Perfect Location

We came for a ladies spa weekend, and this was the perfect location! It is a 5 minute walk to the spa, we only had two cars, but ample amount of parking space for more. Perfect amount of space in the house for 5 ladies, and so cozy! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location!

Perfect location within walking distance of the Glaze Meadow pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, bike rentals, etc. Well stocked and perfectly curated. We loved our stay here, and look forward to returning next summer!

The home is beautiful and in a perfect location. We absolutely loved this home down to even the small details. The host has everything you might need for cooking, relaxing, recreating. The kitchen is well stocked, even with condiments, which is so nice. The game selection was appreciated by all age groups. We enjoyed the ping-pong table and rode the bikes around the ranch. We will definitely want to stay at this home again. Thank you!!

Great location, good house layout, good amenities

Very close to Glaze Meadow pool. Hot tub was used every evening. Soft sheets. Loft was fun for pre-teen bedroom. Kitchen utensils, tools easy to find. Shelf for dishes makes them easy to find. Propane tank at firepit is empty - but not a big deal this time of year. Barbeque grill needs checking or cleaning - fire level adjustment? big flame outs randomly, even when turned off continued to burn with big flames for a while.

Black Butte Magic

This house was perfect for our group. The location is PERFECT and it was the little things that made it a BIG A+....the soaps/shampoo etc were exactly what we love at home, the pickle ball racquets, outdoor seating options, etc. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Great modern space at super convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay at Black Butte Ranch in large part due to this wonderful home. The layout was really great - two bedrooms on the main floor and a bunk room on the top floor (in addition to a loft space) - gave our family of 4 ample room to enjoy. There were nice design touches throughout that made the space feel neat and orderly! The location was also really great. Walking distance to playground and the best kids pool on the whole ranch (according to our littles). The hosts were welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a happy stay. Would 100% recommend!

Family vacation

We have gone to Black Butte a few times now. We have four kids 3yrs to 15yrs. We always use the BBQs and this is usually where we have found the worst condition of homes in the past. Not here, the grill worked very well and was clean. The hot tub was also very clean and in great condition. The home instructions including clean up were easy and very clear. The house also has equipment for all the common activities in the area which is great to minimize what we need to pack. We enjoyed our stay and will return! Thank you both very much.

Gorgeous update in best location!

We have the most wonderful time staying in this little beautee ;) Not many places seem to be updated at the ranch and we really loved how they’ve made some beautiful modern updates! The house was calm and quiet and had everything we needed while also being just a short walk from Glaze Meadow pool area which our kids would spend every minute at! Aymee was easy to communicate with and our check in process was seamless. The hammock was a favorite as well as the hot tub and we enjoyed using their bikes as well. Couldn’t recommend staying here more, we hope to be back!

BBR Weekend Getaway

My husband and I visited with our 2 kids ages 2 and 4. The house setup is very nice, clean, some recent remodels and newer furniture. We loved the location being near the glaze meadow pool. The only critiques are that it could use some updated pots, pans, silverware, serving utensils. And AC would be a bonus. We lucked out with nice weather and cool evenings but it could get hard to cool down especially if there is forest fire smoke in the air when windows need to stay closed (sad to plan for that but seems like reality these days).
