La sistemazione è buona, moderna e pulita, ma i ragazzi dello staff reception devono assolutamente svegliarsi e capire che, solitamente, si prova a fare di tutto per soddisfare le richieste del cliente, soprattutto quelle che hanno a che fare con fatturazione, invoicing e documenti vari. ”

“We had a nice stay. The room was clean and modern and our request to be in a high floor room has been satisfied by the kind staff. Breakfast was great with many options The only note was the location of the hotel: it is relatively close by car to the downtown area and seaside and you can park either in the hotel garage (more expensive) or in the adjacent public parking lot (at night time not very safe).”

“The location was the best part. The room itself was more rundown than the pictures appeared. The bed was caving in the middle, very uncomfortable. The hot water took 15 minutes to get going which was a chore. ”

“My room was not confirmed even when I made a booking and paid full price 2 days before arriving. I had to call their customer service phone already after 4pm to be able to check-in and confirm my lock code as it was never communicated to me before. I called them at least 10 times as the line was always busy and they transfer calls to the voicemail, but they never call back when you leave the message. Then they want to charge a comparatively big damage deposit, which they claim to be released...
