"Reception staff were often unfriendly and many did not understand English properly. Cleanliness was poor: spider webs all around the balconies, sheets dirty and even with holes, and the balcony was never cleaned during my stay. I lost a swimsuit from my balcony and the staff simply said “we didn’t find anything” without trying to help. Sunbeds are supposed to cost €5/day, but in reality no one pays and people use them freely without any staff controlling the situation. There is no support at the beach for umbrellas or sunbeds. At the bar, staff always looked annoyed and not welcoming."
