Welcome to Casa del Mar. Located in the center of Sitges a few steps from the famous church you can do everything on foot: walks, beach, restaurants, sip a drink on one of the many terraces that the city offers.
The apartment consists of a very large living / dining room. It includes a large table that can accommodate all your guests, but also a corner sofa bed and a large Smart TV screen.
The living room opens directly onto the beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. Terrace well equipped with table and chairs but also armchairs and coffee table.
Do you like to cook? You will love the large semi open kitchen to the dining room. It is fully equipped (hob, oven, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, etc.).
Three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a large queen-size bed and a large wardrobe for storing your luggage. A complete shower room ensuite.
The second and third bedroom each have a large double bed and wardrobes.
In the hallway a second bathroom with shower.
The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.
It is equipped with reversible air conditioning as well as a washing machine, a dryer and a fiber WiFi connection.
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
Check-in regular time between 16h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 16h00, if available, requires extra 20€.
Sitges city tax not included: 1€ per night per person.
