This comfortable apartment is located on the first floor of the building. It features an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay (coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) and opens onto the spacious living area.

It consists of two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower tray. The most special feature of the house is its sunny terrace where you can enjoy great meals and barbecues, and moments of relaxation. The apartment includes WiFi.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
