at Westerfield.
Great location with easy access to trains and a large car park on site.
The staff are great also, plus wonderful food.

“Great location, walking distance to train station and downtown shopping/restaurants. The service was great and the breakfast was good. The hotel seems to be in the process of renovating. Our room was comfortable though the mattress was a bit hard for my taste. Slept very well though.”

“As a first time user, pleasantly surprised with the quality and convenience of this Easy hotel. Will definitely use again when next visiting Ipswich. We chose a room with a window (frosted glass), so can't comment on how it would feel if windowless. Room compact and fine for a short stay (we stayed 2 nights). Good temperature control. Lots of breakfast options nearby, so the fact that this is not provided is not problematic. ”

“Could do with a bit of a paint but generally very clean . Breakfast very good . Staff brilliant and helpful. Used this hotel several times in the past and would definately use it again. Pity they couldnt stop the rain during our visit 😁”

“I was working in the area and needed somewhere with a gym and pool. Found this gem and I wasn't disappointed.
The gym was great for a hotel and the pool area was amazing.
Everything here that was needed, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The restaurant and food were superb and again the staff were great.
Couldn't fault this place for a first visit.

“There was no bedside light (despite there being two bedside tables) and no rubbish bin in the room. The curtains did not close properly. One window had a crack in it and there is no double glazing so the road outside was noisy. It was very hot, but we kept the windows closed to try to reduce the noise (no aircon).The staff were very helpful however (having moved us from a different room as the bathroom light wasn't working in that one).”

“Very nice hotel, tucked away in a quiet location surrounded by lawns and trees. We were in a room behind the main building which was very comfortable, well equipped and air conditioned. The staff were all very helpful and we will definitely stay again. ”

“We had a lovely stay at the Marquis, our suite was lovely and had a private west facing balcony so we watched a lovely sunset over the river.
Dinner was excellent, as was the wine, highly recommended.
