On the ground floor, you will find a modern bathroom with a toilet and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There are also two spacious bedrooms with double beds and a cozy room with a single bed. The heart of the house is the large and inviting kitchen with a dining area, where you can enjoy meals together. Additionally, there is a TV room and a living room that invite you to enjoy cozy moments with family and friends.



On the first floor, there is a practical kitchenette with access to a small balcony, a bathroom with a toilet, and two lovely double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to a large, private terrace where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air in peace and quiet.



The secluded garden offers several dining and seating areas, both in the sun and on the sheltered terrace, allowing you to enjoy outdoor living regardless of the weather.
