Tomba e Museo di Skanderbeg: Tour e Visite Guidate

We had an amazing stay at Cela Boutique hotel! The hotel is new and located above the best ice cream bar in Durrës! The hotel had the perfect location right by the beach walk, lined with restaurants and cafeterias, and both public and private beaches. The city was just ca 30 walk from the hotel. The hotel room was clean with good AC and comfortable bed. The breakfast was nice with fresh baked croissants or burek and fresh squeezed orange juice. Maybe a bit small for a Swedish standard, but still nice. The owner was very helpful and service minded and offered to help with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend Cela Boutique Hotel

Poor start at reception when my reservation could not be found for some minutes. This is the first time in using hotels.com app this has ever happened ever, so I believe it was the reception staff not hotels.com. Also there was an attempt to charge us for coffees at breakfast - as breakfast includes coffee only from a machine placed nowhere near the buffet - which we should know as they never have to tell anybody. So after being accused of being disrespectful of staff and rude it spoilt an otherwise great stay.

Ottima posizione, avevamo una bella camera vista mare. Purtroppo il servizio dell’hotel non è all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Siamo stati 5 giorni con aria condizionata guasta. Buona colazione a buffet servita su terrazza vista mare
