New to the rental market! Experience lakeside luxury at our vacation rental nestled on the east side of Skaneateles Lake and bring your boat! This property is just a short 1.5-mile drive from the charming Village of Skaneateles. Immerse yourself in the beauty of this recently updated, bright, and airy ranch-style retreat, featuring recently renovated bathrooms, new appliances, new furnishings and décor.

This expansive property spans 2.5 acres, with 193 feet of pristine, private, level lakefront to enjoy. With a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, a game room, a screened-in porch, and a gas fireplace this residence is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

Bask in sweeping lake views from almost every room of the house or unwind in the spacious screened-in porch that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The thoughtfully crafted floor plan ensures ample space for everyone, perfectly balancing communal areas and private retreats. For your convenience, the property has: an electric car charger, a boat mooring buoy, lots of games, the use of 2 kayaks and canoe.
Play or relax on the beautiful grassy yard or enjoy an evening sitting around the solo fire stove. You will love the spaciousness and privacy of this property. Not far from the Village of Skaneateles, you can head in to enjoy the shopping, restaurants, and all that the Village has to offer. No matter the time of year, this Skaneateles Lake retreat is a great place to relax, entertain, bond, and build wonderful memories.

Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.

Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.

Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)
