One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, smoking is not allowed. Within 0.7 miles there is a shop and within 0.6 miles, a pub. The Pine offers a blissful escape, not far from the coast. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - not to be left unattended and a charge of £30 per dog payable in cash upon arrival.

Four miles separate Burgh le Marsh, a charming beach village, from Skegness, a bustling seaport. A butcher's shop, a baker's shop, and a store are all available in Burgh le Marsh. Perched on a hilltop are a stunning old windmill and an ancient church. Some of the historic buildings have been converted into teahouses and restaurants. To go to Louth, Lincoln, and the seaside, it has an excellent road network.
