“This is NO 4 stars hotels. Maybe 2 stars Poor service, very bad hotel There are NO double queen or king beds. Only singles. Welness is included only till 12!!! Crazy, after you have to pay to enter in Gym abd Pool... Food is HORRIBLE Design and hotel condition very poor as well”

“Stayed in the winter, it was a cozy place to stay, within walking distance to almost anything/anywhere you might want to go. Staff was polite and professional. Would stay here again.”

“The room as well the restaurant have a great view to the slopes and hills. The food in the restaurant tasted fantastic with the exception of bread not meeting the same standards. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was big enough and well decorated. Everything seemed quite new and well maintained. The bathroom was big and equipped with shower. We didn't use the sauna/wellness option but you can book a private hour for 950 czk. There is a lot of parking room and the ski bus stop is 100...

It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome.”

“4 nights in mid October. Solo female age 69. Property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, much appreciated. WiFi outstanding. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, each day there were some different tasty offerings. Hot food too. The chef is clearly top notch. Bonus: a carafe in the room for filtered water, dispenser located in the lobby. Heated floor in the bathroom! I would absolutely stay there again!”
