“Perfect”

“Sono tornata per la seconda volta al termine dell'inverno, principalmente perché è uno dei pochi alberghi aperti anche in bassa stagione. Vista la bassa affluenza ci è stato fatto anche l'upgrade ad una camera famigliare da 4 persone, con terrazza. Ottimo anche il ristorante. ”

“I don’t even know where to start from. The service is top tier. The staff are amazing, they did everything possible to make me and my friends happy. Special shout to Paul. He drove us around and took care of us like family. He’s such a gentleman. I usually leave reviews but this Hôtel deserves more than a review. The best hotel in Courchevel. ”

“I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. ”

“Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. ”

“We had the best stay at Le Savoy! The hotel had a very relaxed, fun vibe. I can't say enough about the staff. Top notch! Super helpful and friendly. The location in the center in town was convenient. The 20% off discount (for hotel guests) at the Sport Boutique (ski equipment rental) was appreciated. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel bar was the perfect place for a hang out either apres ski or at night. My family definitely plans on coming back! Camere vecchie, datate e fredde, bagno con doccia nella vasca senza nessun tipo di protezione e di conseguenza allagamento del bagno durante la doccia zero frigobar colazione pessima insomma non si può spendere tutti questi soldi per un hotel che sta tra le due e le tre stelle e non le quattro ufficiali”
