“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We mainly wanted to explore Mount Titlis and this hotel is a 10 minute walk from there. The hotel has really beautiful views of the mountains. The restaurant and breakfast they have was also quite good! The hotel also has a lot of restaurants and bars around. The are also plenty of shops around. Caroline helped us out a lot during our stay and if it wasn’t for her, we would have a much more difficult time during our stay! ”

“The hotel is located in Meiringen, which is connected to Interlakhen OST and Luzern by train. Lake Brienz is also pretty close to the property. The room was spacious, had all amenities. Though like many other Intrelaken Hotels, the hotel does not have AC, however, they provided table fan, which is sufficient. Hotel provides a free pass to ride to local cable car and public bus services. ”

“Situé à Meiringen, l'hôtel profite d'un emplacement idéal pour les gorges de l'Aar et les cascades avoisinantes. L'intérêt pour Sherlock dans cet hôtel est minime. L'accueil est bien mais ne comptait pas trop parler anglais. Comme partout en Suisse Allemanique c'est cher mais bien Situé. ”

“Everything was great with the hotel... except AVOID the restaurant. The food was fine, but it was 2x the price it should have been. For $30 swiss francs, I got a plate of mostly rice with a little chicken tikka on top. I also had to pay extra for naan which was not fresh. We were the only people in there and there no chance they made everything we ordered from scratch based on how fast it came. ”
