“struttura da rinnovare. Personale scarso (si sono scordati di farci la camera una mattina) e quando siamo tornati dopo un giorno in bici non ci hanno dato almeno gli asciugamani puliti per far la doccia... abbiamo dovuto prendere quelli per terra .......... non il massimo..........”

“Mooi ruim appartement. Hartstikke nieuw. Op goede locatie in dorp. Dichtbij lift en dichtbij winkelstraat. Iedere kamer heeft een eigen douche en toilet. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Ook vaatwasser. Stond niet allemaal in de beschrijving, dus wij waren blij verrast. Skiruim met verwarming op begane grond. Eigen parkeerplaats bij appartement. Was top! ”

“Unser Aufenthalt im Arosa Straubinger in Bad Gastein war rundum wunderbar. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam, und das Hotel selbst ist ein wirklich besonderer Ort. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Frühstück im ehemaligen Ballsaal – eine tolle Atmosphäre und eine sehr gute Auswahl. Auch die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet und haben viel Charme. Für uns persönlich wäre es schön gewesen, wenn der Wellnessbereich etwas länger geöffnet hätte. Außerdem hätte ich mich über ein Dampfbad...

“Kaikki sujui toiveidemme mukaan eikä meillä ollut mitään valittamista. Nätti hotelli useine mahdollisuuksineen, lapsille/nuorille sopiva ajanviettohuone oli hyvä. Sijainti n 2km kävelyetäisyydellä gondolista oli meille ok.”

“All the staff were great. The spa facility is very impressive with great views from roof top pool and the Finnish sauna room. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room on arrival which was a lovely touch. We were skiing and the hotel is a long way up a steep hill to the gondola. There is a public bus or you can pay for ski lockers at the bottom of the gondola. My only criticism of the hotel is the evening food options were disappointing and means that you really need to go out to find...

“The apartment was very clean and large. With up to 6 personer being able to stay there. Two bathrooms was excellent. With a trampoline and a pool just outside made a large positive difference for the youngest kids. The pool was maintained daily and nicely clean. Also very convenient to have a pizzaria/restaurant right below the apartment. Very nice staff. Considering the price, I highly recommend this place. ”
