“Booked this property last minute for three nights to do a bit of late-season skiing. The location is ideal - central Flachau for the bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the ski lift. A particular benefit was the wellness area - pool, three different saunas, and a lovely warm and quiet relaxation area to chill after a day on the slopes. ”

“Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food...

“Ambienti moderni e completamente ristrutturati. Ottima pulizia. Stanza molto ampia e letti molto comodi. Ampia cabina armadio, con molti scaffali. L'hotel si trova vicino all'inizio della strada principale di Bischofshofen, dove ci sono negozi, supermercato, bar e ristoranti. Parcheggio di proprietà della struttura a pagamento.”

“Hotel molto bello, con stanze spazione. Colazione abbondante e molto molto varia! Tutto freschissimo. L'area Spa necessita di alcuni accorgimenti, per esempio maggiore disponibilità di asciugamani per gli ospiti, oltre a quello fornito in stanza, all'ingresso se ne trovano molto pochi se non nulla. ”

“Markus Andrexen is a very speciaal manager. Offers personal and friendly service. The hotel offers you a perfect spa delicious food for dinner and local bio products for breakfast. The room is tastfully decorated with a large balcony. The whole hotel il spotless clean. Service at the restaurant is perfect and even the very young trainee at the reception is very helpful and tries her best with a constant smiling attitude. I had here for dinner the best sorbet of my life. I was surprised to get an...
