“The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity. Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance. I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities.”

Diesmal hat mich vor allem der neue, großzügige Spa-Bereich beeindruckt – ein absoluter Traum für Erwachsene, luxuriös gestaltet und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. The only thing thay let's this hotel down is the food, quite dated and the meat we had was quite tough. Reminded me of school dinners. We actually ended up eating at another 4 star hotel, with much better food and an extensive mixed menu. Hotel however lovely. ”
