“The staff at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and very nice. There were two large tiles missing in the shower so that keeps it from being five stars. The location is very convenient in the cemtral part of town and a short walk from the train station. The tradeoff is that it can be loud into the early hours of the morning on Friday and Saturday nights as people going out to local bars congregate by the hotel. “Hotel vecchiotto che dimostra i suoi anni: sarebbe opportuna una ristrutturazione soprattutto nei bagni (doccia con tendina…) e x i letti/materassi. Una volta deve essere stato un gran bell’hotel ma ora porta i segni del tempo. Esterno e garage trasandati con macerie e attrezzi in giro, mentre le camere molto pulite e ordinate. Colazione varia x tutti i gusti. A disposizione degli ospiti mini spa non provata poiché naturista. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile che parla anche in italiano. ”

“The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations.”
