“The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...

Diesmal hat mich vor allem der neue, großzügige Spa-Bereich beeindruckt – ein absoluter Traum für Erwachsene, luxuriös gestaltet und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Das Haus entwickelt sich stetig weiter, ohne dabei seine familiäre Wärme zu verlieren. Mein Zimmer war wie immer makellos sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Das Essen ist auf höchstem Niveau – vom Frühstück mit frisch gepressten...
