“Smell was weird could’ve been cleaner”

“Staff was great. Room was not that clean.”

“Hotel is clean, front desk staff very friendly and welcoming, cleaning staff was very friendly, only thing that was issue for us was there are Nø dressers to put your clothes in, so because there are no dressers the room seems to be bigger, but over all good hotel next to bush gardens, you get to see fire work show every night,”

“Hard to find a parking space at night. Parking spaces blocked with no reason. I did’n see nobody working on it.”

“I did not stay. My room was not fully ready, my toilet did not work, the staff was unable to make room keys and had to let me in. They did not have another room available. The staff did not have answers or directions. I was left to fend for myself. Expedia was not available for an actual conversation. The online chat and phone numbers could not help. I left the hotel and went to a sister hotel. My bank is currently disputing the charges because I had to pay in pull at the new hotel.”

“Stayed at MainStay Suites in Tampa one night recently. The property is close to the interstate and nearby the areas of Tampa that I cared about. Breakfast was also tasty with some standard continental breakfast fair. Unfortunately, the property left a lot to be desired. There was an odor, almost like mold or excessive humidity, throughout the property and in my room. I didn't bring it up because it was for only one night. Would I stay here again? Probably not, unless there were no other...

“I dont complain much if I'm in a hotel just to sleep. I didnt much time inside but unfortunately when i did, the staff is dry at the front. Nothing welcoming. At least if the bedding is comfortable. I think the toilet when i arrived and after the cleaning had hair in the bowl.The room is damp and smelly. The breakfast was awful.”

“The room was nice and clean, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and it was nice having the seating area out the back. One thing. I wished that all the outside doors to enter into the building were by card key only, people staying there only with their room keys. The back entrance key pad did not work and was unlocked.”

“First of all, the room was not cleaned after the previous guest, which is evident by the pubic hairs on the walls of the shower. Mold on the ceiling, smoke detector missing, ice machine broken the entire time so we had to drive and go buy some. Called and was told they would have someone check it out but never did. We booked this particular place because it had a pool also. Well, the code to open the gate to get to the pool wouldn't work. Reached out multiple times and was told that was the...
