“Good hotel, I came always here when I am in Niles, tavern inside has very kitchen and drinks”

“Our first night found the mattress more like a hammock. Soft and sagging in the middle. We requested a room change the following morning, and were shown 5 other rooms with similar sagging mattresses. We decided to check out, and moved to a different hotel. ”

“Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety. The egg dishes changed daily, which was nice. Valet parking, so I didn't have to worry about my car at all.”

“Had an overnight stay before our flight the next day. Place was clean and updated. We were there during spring break so there were a lot of kids in the lobby/pool that night but no issues with noise in our room. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes which was great. I would book here again”

“The airport shuttle was easy to find . The only suggestion i have is that they should have front doors that open automatically instead of manually especially if you have lot of luggage … since this hotel is mostly an airport hotel . Would make it much easier for the traveler to take the luggage in. ”
