“We stayed here to be close to concert venue. Location was perfect. Check in staff were great. Room seemed a bit dated in regards to carpet, but it was clean and quiet later in evening. On site coffee place and brew venue was a plus. Would stay here again.”

“The Postmarc website includes photos of 1 or 2 rooms that have been remodeled. My sense is that most haven’t been, including ours. Spa/tub was chipped, towel rack missing, sink stopper missing, poor caulking around shower and toilet, coffee-only service in the am, water dispenser out of order, back door didn’t appear to lock after hours. When room above ours was filling/draining their tub, showering, flushing, the water noise in our 1st floor room was deafening. Grounds in generally poor...

“Front desk person was nice at check in. However, when at 11pm, we got back to our room to lay down, we discovered that our sheets had hairs all over them. Was really groans there was no vacancy so we couldn’t switch rooms. We bit the bullet and slept in what seemed dirty sheets. Told management next morning and they said we should’ve told them (even though there was no vacancy). No offer, nothing. They didn’t care but we learned our lesson and it’s to pony up extra money on the better hotels....

“The hotel advertises that they're right across the beach, and it is, but it's not a walkable sandy beach. The hotel is much outdated than it seems in the photo, the games in the game rooms did not work, the elevator had broken buttons... The ice machine was out of order. No complimentary water, fridge wasn't really cold... The pool and the hot tub was working well, and they had plenty of parking (even in July). Had chosen the great lake view room option, but a building was obstructing our view,...

“The link that is provided to get access to the room is broken does not work. I needed to call the phone number for their assistance to get into the room. He stated that this is a common problem second, the deadbolt to the door does it lock.”
