Hotel vicino a Skylandia Park - Lake Tahoe

“We have to say we are disappointed with this trip. We thought we were going to stay in south shore. I did not realize there were 2 different base camps hotels. We are not familiar with the area so we thought Tahoe city was just Tahoe? When we found out we book the wrong area we spent 3 hours trying to change locations. “Nice property in a good location for a good price. Amenities need to be refreshed. Only 2 chairs at beach, one is broken. Pool was unavailable during our stay. Fire pit was great first night then a large group checked in and took over common areas.”

“The innkeeper was amazing. Older place but ok. Has a fridge, coffee pot , and a microwave. That came in handy as by the tine we got to rhe room everything was closed but 24 hr. Safeway. Bed was huge but had Donner pass in middle so I couldn't ever snuggle with my husband.”

“For the price, the rooms were excellent quality. The location is fantastic as well. We especially enjoyed staying on the first floor, where the sliding door provided direct access to the hot tub and clubhouse. We visited during the summer, but it's easy to see how this would be an ideal place to stay in the winter as well.”
