“The room was clean and comfortable enough, particularly the bed, and a great shower. The staff were great. But, access up two flights of narrow stairs was not the best for us. In fairness, staff did offer to carry our luggage up. I missed the part that said no lift. Also, it was advertised as ‘self parking included’. There wasn’t. We had to find a park on the street. No complaints, merely observations.”

“The room itself was clean, nicely furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. My only thing is that both the sink and the shower drain were incredibly slow. Also, nowhere to store your bags if you have a later train than their strict 11am checkout time. ”

“I ended up really sick and couldn’t go. I have Alpha Gal. I ordered take out the night before and didn’t know the fries were cooked in talo. Since it was non-refundable and the last time something like this happened, there’s no phone number to call. Hilton said if I booked through them, they would have helped me change it and not be penalized. Since this one and last time you booked the wrong date, I’m out $500. I will not use your service anymore. You were $30 cheaper than if I booked direct...
