“We booked this place last minute on a road trip. We chose it for convenience and the amenities, pool for my daughter and gym for the husband. We decided to go by and check them out after we checked in only to find out the pool was closed for a chemical imbalance and the gym was closed for a major water leak, but it looked fine from the outside. “This hotel has amazing service. The rooms are so clean and modern. The beds are so comfortable. They also have pull-out couches. And it’s so quiet at night. They have a nice pool area. Will visit again soon!”

“Check in was a breeze, the staff member who helped us was very friendly! The room was awful, so bad that we chose to leave a night early. Upon check out they didn't even ask why we were leaving a day early. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and tons of water damage, the curtains had holes in it, there was a sizable brown stain on the wall, and more. I didn't ask to switch rooms bc if they are ok with putting people in a room with visible issues, I can't imagine what cannot be seen....

“2/5 Stars I stayed here for two nights with my son. From the moment we walked in, the hallways had a strong smell of mildew mixed with cigarette smoke, which wasn’t a great first impression. Our first room was in very poor condition, and the toilet was broken. To the hotel’s credit, the front desk had no problem switching us to another room, and I appreciated how quickly they handled it. The second room was definitely better and looked like it had been partially renovated, but the TV didn’t...
