Hello and welcome to this beautiful seafront home in one of the most desirable places in Malta.
The property is opposite Sliema's Promenade bustling with life inclduing restaurants, beach, coffee shops and anything you would ever want to make your stay that much more special.
Inside you will have a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, Sofa with TV and a super lux balcony overlooking one of the nicest views locally.
Also included are 3 large bedrooms.

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.
For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Bedrooms | 3 Bedrooms in total, two of which offer a double bed while the other bedroom includes 2 single beds. One of the main bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
