“Excellent place and very unique and historical. The hot tubs and amenities are a must. A bit expensive vs other options but worth it. The breakfast and dinner were delightful as well!”
“Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...
“The location is convenient to walk to town.
The first few photos on the Expedia listing show a lovely play park- this is not part of the hotel and is actually 3.5km away. We booked this property as we have a small child, but this property is a series of dreary apartments around a small car park. There is no garden or play area.
We booked via Expedia and included in the booking that we have a small child. On arrival we were charged an additional 15 euros for the cot bed. This is ridiculous...
“L'appartement pour 5 est pratique, mais dans cette gamme de prix c'est le pire qu'on ait eu en Slovaquie et en Autriche sur 8 hébergments différents.
