“The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!”

She thoroughly explained where everything was located, and was cery detailed on making out stay a perfect one. The rooms all have small kitchens and the decor is most charming in Slovakian character. “Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne. Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me. They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was. Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. ”

“Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane.
