“Great hotel to be used as starting point to discover Tokyo. It has an excellent quality for price (if booked in advance) and it has got the metro line just out the entrance. The only bad thing is the restaurant closed for dinner after 20.30!”

“We could not have been happier with this hotel. The staff was so attentive, warm and helpful. The way they paid attention to every detail was amazing. Our room was spotless every day. The location is convenient to walk to many areas and a subway station to reach more distant locations. Our room overlooked the park and the Sky Tree, so our view was gorgeous. The coffee was delicious, as was the steak in the fourth floor restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Wow amazing choice of beauty products at reception. Easy and self check in and out. Cleaning when request or just change towel. Big hotel with rooms all the same basically with all you need. Good for work in Big Sight Tokyo. I would go back as metro is near and around the area there are few supermarkets and couple of bars.”

“Take the airport limousine to shinadome station, then take a go taxi to the hotel (make sure address is in Japanese). Check in was easy. They also have English speaking staff. Just a reminder that the check in is on floor 7. The buffet stays open pretty late. Room was nice and clean. Has all the amenities you may need. staff was very attentive. I did have one issue with the bath house putting shampoo in the conditioner bottle other than that it was a relaxing stay. They have a woman only floor...

“ディズニーシーからこちらに宿泊しました。雨が降っててすごく寒くて、国際展示場駅から行ったので遠くてびっくりしましたが、着いたらとても丁寧にチェックインしもらえまして、スタッフさんたちが非常に優しかったです。初めて自分だけでホテルを予約して宿泊しましたが、手厚いサポートのおかげで簡単でした。 部屋は綺麗でした。ベッドが気持ちよくて寝落ちしちゃう程でした。暖房がよく効いて快適でした。 朝食のビュッフェ最高でした！！特にチーズボールがとびきり美味しかったです！ また泊まりたいですね！”
