We came to town for the university’s homecoming event and to spend time with our family. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean comfortable and nice the apartment was. The hosts were great at communicating and were incredibly gracious as we needed to extend our stay a couple of days. Our college freshman got really sick that weekend with a virus that kept him down for days. it was nice to have plenty of room for him to come and rest and recuperate, and to be able to have ample room to spend time as a family and as an added bonus a great washer and dryer set to get him caught up on laundry while he stayed and recuperated. We would happily stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable place. Loved the sunsets! The home is impeccably clean, fully equipped for cooking, kicking black with some flix, or just hitting one of the comfy beds. The only unexpected aspect was the stairs leading down to the basement location. I probably missed that part of the description. We hope to stay there again on our next visit north. Thanks for sharing your amazing home.

Great Views and Excellent Atmosphere!

We were visiting for an event in the valley and this location was a fantastic oasis. The area was clean and relaxing to unwind in at the end of the day.The host was fantastic and great at responding to any questions that we had.Definitely will be scheduling again.

Sunset Peak Smithfield

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The location and views were fantastic! The house is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with easy access to hikes, shopping, and activities. We especially enjoyed morning coffee and relaxing evenings on the patio, taking in the stunning views from the backyard. The house was exceptionally clean, and the host provided clear checkin/checkout instructions and responsive communication. We had a wonderful time!

Family get away!!
