“Didn’t realize it until we arrived that we had stayed there 3 years ago. We decided 3 years ago that we would not stay there again. Property needs to be updated.”

“Room smelled like smoke, dirty wash cloth on the sink, toilet was dirty and the smoke detector was laying on the counter. Beds were made and comfortable and the front seat staff was friendly!”

“The staff was nice to help us with our problems. However, our room had 1 working lightbulb in the bathroom, flat pillows, and about an inch of light underneath the door that was supposed to be suctioned shut. Pictures showed a pool, but there was a sort of outdoor gym on concrete where I assume the pool used to be. When we asked about the lightbulbs, we went to 3 different rooms to grab lightbulbs and towels to stuff underneath the door. The floors were sticky and the bedsheets had stains on...

“My only complaint which was a very important part of traveling was the bed felt like I was laying on balls or rocks. It was very uncomfortable and agitated my back other than that. It was a great stay, but when you’re traveling several hours of driving, you look forward to stretching out in a good bed, and that was my only complaint the bed was horrible !!”
