Hotel in zona Smokey Point, Arlington

“Didn’t like: dirty carpeting- entrance, hallways , hotel room. No room service on our second day. They forgot! Very low grade ,sparce amenities . Breakfast was barely mediocre. Large dogs were allowed in rooms. in one case— 2 very large dogs. Our room was very dated.”

“Angel of the Winds has always had very nice and spacious rooms. We hadn’t stayed here since before COVID and it looks like the rooms have been remodeled in that time. Nice choice of food options and the casino is at least double in size since we were here. We didn’t have time to take in the bowling alley or pool but both looked very nice. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.”

“There was not one redeeming quality about this motel. The room was disgustingly dirty & the blankets had cigarette burns. The tv didn’t work at all & there was absolutely no air conditioning”

“Very nice glamping experience. Perfect for 2 people or a couple with small kids. Enjoyed the provided firewood and smoothed. Very quiet and peaceful. Save deer in the evening walking around the grounds. Easy upgrades to make the experience even better would be more hooks or shelves on the walls and a mirror.”

“Great location. Cleaning needs improvements. Unfortunately this wasn't very clean. The unit smelled of urine when i entered, the bathroom window had been left open. The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the ”

“Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

“I had reserved a King Suite with Sea View for our 30th wedding anniversary. When I arrived, the room only had a partial view of the sea through trees. Very disappointed that they advertised this room falsely. The manager at the front desk said there were no other rooms available for us to switch. The weather was hot and we set the air conditioner at the lowest setting (67) but it did very little to lower the temperature. “Front desk staff was amazing. Unfortunately the room connected to us was loud and inappropriate. While that is not the staffs fault, they were unable to make any accommodation to change our room so we didn’t have to hear loud intercourse from 12am to 7 am. That made it hard to get a good night sleep. Bathroom needed attention when we checked in but that was resolved immediately which was greatly appreciated. Overall we were pleased with the staff.
